2023 Taste of Mountain View Event Sponsorship Information

The last three Taste Events have been hugely successful for everyone involved. We are happy to announce our Fourth Taste of Mountain View event this summer on Castro Street in Downtown Mountain View.

The event celebrates the delicious and wildly diverse cuisines that Mountain View is renowned for. It is a one-day community event where local merchants, restaurants and bars provide delectable tastes of food, wine and beer from local wineries or breweries.

Attendees will receive wristbands, an event program with tasting map, a swag bag, a tasting glass and other goodies at the registration table on the day of that will serve as their “ticket” to the event. We expect up to 600 people to participate in this Summer’s event. The Taste of Mountain View is a fantastic way to support Mountain View restaurants and businesses and make them shine in the community.

Sponsors will be prominently recognized in promotional event materials, at registration, on the event map and in social media, advertisements and press releases, prior to and during the event.

COVERAGE/ IMPRESSIONS

PROMOTION/MARKETING:  All of the events we produce are being marketed in a variety of Bay Area publications and online. Publicity and promotion will consist of PR, ad placements, postcards and/or fliers distributed throughout local areas prior to the events.

PROGRAM/INSERT:  With the help of a key media partner we will insert a beautiful event program into the partner’s newspaper, as a supplement, one week prior to the events.  Additional copies of the program will be distributed at the events.

POSTERS/POSTCARDS: We will create postcards which will be distributed to high traffic areas where we are producing the events.

THE WEB:  The official event website is TasteofMountainView.com. It will be promoted in all materials related to the events. The events will be listed on websites throughout the Bay Area and national websites that have a calendar listing section.

RADIO: With the help of our media partners, the event will be publicized on a number of local radio stations via promotional spots and 30 to 60 second spots.

PRINT: We will be partnering with several local newspapers to help promote and advertise the events.
